Who are the digital training sessions designed for?

Our sessions are designed for non-technical business owners, employees, and teams across South Africa. We explain everything in plain English — no prior tech knowledge needed. Sessions are especially popular with SME owners, school staff, NPO teams, and informal traders.

How long is a training session?

Each session runs for 2 hours and covers one topic in depth. Sessions are capped at 4 participants to keep it hands-on and focused. If you need more people covered, we can run back-to-back sessions or book a multi-session package.

Can training be delivered at our premises?

Yes. We travel to your business premises in Durban and the greater KwaZulu-Natal area. For businesses outside KZN, we offer virtual sessions via Google Meet or Zoom. Travel fees apply for venues outside Durban.

How much does digital training cost?

In-person sessions are R2,500 (up to 4 participants, 2 hours). Virtual sessions are R2,000 (up to 4 participants, 2 hours). Multi-session packages are quoted individually. NPOs and schools may qualify for our Community Plan rates.

Can you customise the training for our specific software or industry?

Yes — and we encourage it. We design sessions around the tools your team actually uses and the problems you actually face. Whether you're in hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, or construction — we adapt the curriculum.

Do participants get a certificate?

Yes. Every participant receives a certificate of attendance from Ubuntu Solu Labs. For longer programmes, we can provide a detailed skills summary for HR records.
